ABOUT THE OWNER

Craig is a lifelong resident of northwest Ohio and an Eagle Scout from troop 325 out of Grand Rapids.  A 2001 graduate of Otsego High School, Craig attended the ASEP program at Owens Community College before starting his career at Snyder Chevy Olds in Napoleon.  Across more than two decades of experience, Craig has worked with a variety of brands, including Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, and Jaguar.  He has experience in working with hybrid vehicles.  An ASE Certified technician, Craig's specialties are diagnostic work, electrical conundrums, and drivability issues.  When he is not working on a customer car or spending time with his wife and daughter, you will likely see Craig tinkering with his own vehicles.  He has a soft spot for wagons.

Craig's Automotive is open into the evenings to make drop-offs and pick-ups easier for first-shift workers and their families.  Craig's work is thorough and honest. Craig is also pleased to offer direct messaging via text or email to keep you informed during the repair process.  You might even get a picture or video of the problem.
